Incredibly overpriced and it seems like they scam women in particular giving them higher quotes quotes that are over $1200. I wonder if a lot of these reviews are fake. Avoid if...

Pre sale check 6/10/2014

We brought a used car we were thinking of purchasing to Brentwood, for them to check it out. It was the best thing we did. Brentwood provided did thorough exam of the car. They told us what was good, bad, and what would probably need repair in a year, and a fair value. We used this information to negotiate, and the cost of checking out the car paid for itself. more

Thanks for doing everything necessary, nothing unnecessary. When a car is 14 years old, there are choices to be made about money paid for maintenance. I always feel confident, based on talking about it with Will, that my car is mechanically safe and sound when it leaves the shop. Thank you. more

I completely trust these guys... 4/13/2014

Won't take my car anywhere else. They have experienced mechanics and they are straight shooters. Every time I take my car to the dealership for recall work the dealer will come back with a long list of suggested repairs. I thank them and take the list immediately to Brentwood. 9 times out of 10 whatever the dealer has recommended Brentwood says is not necessary. So I know that if Brentwood is recommending something it's necessary! more

Watching out for me. 4/10/2014

Brentwood recently took care of an insurance related repair for my old car. They were friendly, kept me in the loop, and made repeated efforts to find the needed part after two suppliers sent inappropriate substitutes. They acted in my best interest - something not all businesses do. Thanks guys. more

I love that I could request an appointment on their website and they email you which is sometimes more convenient. For me, I was on jury duty for the day so they emailed me back and forth so I could continue to get the work done instead of halting it. Very friendly and fair. more

I had multiple issues with my vehicle. Not only did they identify and quote each of them, they also walked me through which ones to prioritize, and alternative options. I trust them, which is of utmost importance with an auto mechanics shop. Highest recommendations!! more
