As a woman, a mechanic shop can be extremely intimidating. This experience made me feel comfortable and informed. The guys talked to me so I could understand what needed to be fixed now and what may need service in the future. I will take my car here for all future work needed! Thanks guys!!! more

Car Work 10/7/2013

This was the 2nd time we used this outfit. They did all the work required but when I got home there was strange sound. Turns out the technician made a small mistake--the rating would be a 5 otherwise. They corrected the mistake immediately, and at no charge. Friendly and efficient bunch of guys. more

Skilful and truly helpful 9/26/2013

Brentwood has kept my Infiniti going for 172,000 miles. Their work was always reliable, always at a fair price. After looking the car over carefully, they let me know that it's reached the end of its useful life, instead of urging me to have the expensive (and profitable) repairs it now needs. always friendly and trustworthy 9/19/2013

This time, I was having problems with my driver side window motor. It seems likely there was a loose connection, as the problem went away after the door panel was removed. Other places would probably have put a useless motor in, as that's what I thought was necessary, and I wouldn't have questioned it. Instead, I saved about $500, thanks to the continuing honesty of Brentwood. more
