Brawley Tire & Automotive

I contacted Brawley Tire & Automotive based on the recommendation of a friend. My 2002 Buick Rendezvous had an A/C problem and though I was inclinded to go to the local dealership I thought, ""I'll give Brawley a call to see how they would approach diagnostics and repair."" I spoke with Pete who walked me through everything and provided a rough estimate for me. Pete is very straight forward, knowlegeable, courteous, and appreciates the opportunity to win a customer. I dropped the vehicle off that night using their night drop-off. Pete called me in the morning with a complete quote for the A/C job and suggested a couple of other repairs that were not pressing, but I knew they eventually had to be done. The quote for the additional work was very reasonable so I asked him to handle it also. The vehicle was ready that afternoon. We needed some final adjustments a couple of days later and Pete ensured that the work was done promptly and really made drop-off and pick-up super convenient. more

LET ME FIRST START BY SAYING WE HAD A HUGE PROBLEM WITH OUR 2002 BMW 530 THAT HAD BEEN TO THE DEALER IN CHARLOTTE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND ANOTHER LOCAL SHOP IN TOWN FOR OUR CHECK ENG LIGHT.AFTER SPENDING OVER $2K IN REPAIRS WE WERE REFERED TO BRAWLEY AUTO FROM OUR NEIGHBOR AND LET ME TELL YOU WHAT A TREAT! IMMEDIATLEY THE OWNER TOOK CONTROL OF OUR PROBLEM AND AFTER JUST 5 HOURS FOUND THAT WE HAD BROKEN WIRES UNDER OUR CARPET AND ALL OUR PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED ,THEY ARE THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH REGARDING MY AUTO REPAIR.BY THE WAY IT ONLY COST $195 TO REPAIR AND THE DEALER NEVER HELPED US WITH ANY REIMBURSEMENT,THANKS AGAIN PETE AND STAFF more

My nephew has been commuting to college from Winston-Salem, NC to Mooresville, NC and had a tire blow on his way to school. I found Brawley Tire through the internet, called regarding used tires and spoke with James. James was able to verify they had the right size tire, give me directions to give to my nephew AND take payment via phone! I am one happy camper. I didn't have to worry about my nephew getting home safely on one those little temporary tires, he had to miss just a bit of his classes, and their service was fast and inexpensive! I recently entered Brawley Tire and Auto to have a simple rear end flush, that was due in my owners manual. When i went in to drop it off they said that they would look it over, and see if it needed anything else. I soon was contacted by someone who told me they found something and that it would be $700.00 to fix it. After taking their recomendation, I was returned a car that made a horrible whistling noise from the rear end that they had ""fixed"" I then took it back to them 6 times before they finally admitted they could not fix the sound they had caused.
