I contacted Brawley Tire & Automotive based on the recommendation of a friend. My 2002 Buick Rendezvous had an A/C problem and though I was inclinded to go to the local dealership I thought, ""I'll give Brawley a call to see how they would approach diagnostics and repair."" I spoke with Pete who walked me through everything and provided a rough estimate for me. Pete is very straight forward, knowlegeable, courteous, and appreciates the opportunity to win a customer. I dropped the vehicle off that night using their night drop-off. Pete called me in the morning with a complete quote for the A/C job and suggested a couple of other repairs that were not pressing, but I knew they eventually had to be done. The quote for the additional work was very reasonable so I asked him to handle it also. The vehicle was ready that afternoon. We needed some final adjustments a couple of days later and Pete ensured that the work was done promptly and really made drop-off and pick-up super convenient.
