LET ME FIRST START BY SAYING WE HAD A HUGE PROBLEM WITH OUR 2002 BMW 530 THAT HAD BEEN TO THE DEALER IN CHARLOTTE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND ANOTHER LOCAL SHOP IN TOWN FOR OUR CHECK ENG LIGHT.AFTER SPENDING OVER $2K IN REPAIRS WE WERE REFERED TO BRAWLEY AUTO FROM OUR NEIGHBOR AND LET ME TELL YOU WHAT A TREAT! IMMEDIATLEY THE OWNER TOOK CONTROL OF OUR PROBLEM AND AFTER JUST 5 HOURS FOUND THAT WE HAD BROKEN WIRES UNDER OUR CARPET AND ALL OUR PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED ,THEY ARE THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH REGARDING MY AUTO REPAIR.BY THE WAY IT ONLY COST $195 TO REPAIR AND THE DEALER NEVER HELPED US WITH ANY REIMBURSEMENT,THANKS AGAIN PETE AND STAFF
