Bouncers & Slydos

I've been a guest at several parties at Bouncers & Slydos, and I've had an overall good experience with them. The last time I went, I brought my daughter who has autism. The staff was very hands-on and sensitive to her needs. In fact they were sensitive to all the needs of the kids, typical and special needs, at the party. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. They were on top of watching all the kids. With the bungee, they made sure the kids were strapped in and waiting appropriately. They made everything easy for the person throwing the party! more

I've already recommended Bouncers and Slydos! The first time I had my son's birthday party there, I loved it, so we went back for my daughter's party, then again for my son. When we came in the employees were immediately enthusiastic and said hello to the children, motivating them to get involved. They made sure everyone was having fun and was safe. Literally every single seat had a person watching the kids. The service is great, very clean, and perfect. It was a wonderful party and I got tons of emails saying it was one of the best parties they'd been to, better than other bouncy places. more

My daughter has had four birthdays at Bouncers & Slydos. She loved the first one so much that she keeps asking to go back. As a parent, I love it as well because they have a lot of staff and the facilities are very clean. The staff is very interactive and play with the kids which my daughter really likes. It makes the kids feel really special to get the extra attention. Every birthday has been a great experience. The kids always have fun! more

Bouncers and Slydos is a really fun place for kids! We've gone there a bunch of times since they opened. The place is spotless! It's completely clean, and the staff is very accommodating. They are nurturing with the kids and very patient. They change the equipment, so that's nice. The blowups and inflatables are always changing and up to date, so the kids can enjoy them. They also are always offering open plays separate of the birthday parities. It's great for the kids, especially in the winter when there's nothing to do around here. more

We had my son's birthday party at Bouncers and Slydos, and it was fantastic! We had been to a party there before, and my son enjoyed it so much he said he wanted to have his party there. We actually live 40 minutes away, so that's how great it was! Our kids and their friends had a great time. They loved it! They were entertained the whole time, and the staff was great. They were very friendly and good with the kids. Overall it was a fantastic party! more

I have had several parties for my children at Bouncers and Slydos, the children always leave happy thanks to the friendly staff that helps and plays with each child. The amount of staff they have is great. I highly recommend scheduling a birthday party or checking out toddler time/Open play. The facility is very clean and the inflatables always look new! The zipline and bungy add a lot of excitement to each party. It is a great experience all around for the children and adults from start to finish!!! more

It is rare I make a coment on these sites but here I go. I gather you usually only see the negative comments when you check out a company so I decided to write a complimentary review since it is well deserved. I have had multiple parties at Bouncers and Slydos and all of them have been excellent. The girls who have greeted us when arriving have always been happy. The kids always have a great time and the pizza is always warm. I even saw this week that they were honored with the title of Best Kids Party Place for 2014 by Bethpage Federal Best of Long Island, So they must be doing something right. The Kids are always HAPPY more

best party ever! even this 60 something grammy had a wonderful time on the bouncers. for the price, the parties should be 2 hours like other kids party places. more

Booked my sons Birthday party ! Well Never Again ! Not Worth the Money ! I had to Pay 150$ for an extra half Hour for the kids to play and they only let the kids play extra 20mins mind you I was already paying 800$ plus the 150$ for and extra 30mins ! Never Again !!!!!! Spend your money else where .. The area for the adults to eat is super small !!! Can't breath in there !!!! Horrible experience !!!!! more

I went there for a birthday party. The children had a wonderful time. I had to bring a younger sibling due to childcare issues and asked if I could pay an open play price so I could keep her occupied (I did not want the party parents to have to pay full for a toddler that was not even invited). I was told that I would have to pay full price ($17) and that she could eat and have cake. Again, she was not invited-of course I am not going to have her eat with kids, etc. (I thought it was extremely presumptuous of the staff to invite her to the party!) I just could not keep a two year old entertained for an hour and a half in a bounce house watching other kids play. I explained she would not be a guest and would not be eating and celebrating with the kids. Nope-I had to pay $17 for her to play for 25 minutes. As others have mentioned, the manager's people skills leave a lot to be desired. (I think she does not even realize how she comes across. I don't think it is a concious decision to be unpleasant.) I left there feeling very uncertain of whether or not they would charge the birthday parent anyway. I did not know the mother and did not want to walk over and explained that I had paid for my daughter-it would just have ended up being extremely awkward. All in all a very unfortunate customer service issue that left me feeling like I would not want to deal with them again. BUT, the children had a great time playing. If they had different management, I would feel differently. more

I have been going to bouncers and slydos since they opened. I absolutely love it there and so do my kids! The staff is super friendly and not afraid to get down and play with the kids. the bathrooms as well as the facility are so clean and the customer service from the managers is great! they love their customers and definitely love their jobs! I will recommended this place to everyone forever more

My 5 yo daughter is autistic and has sensory processing issues as a result. I took her to Bouncers & Slydos expecting her to have fun since she'd been to another bounce place the day before. As soon as we walked in, she covered her ears from the noise. The girl checking us in immediately offered to lower the music then escorted us back to make sure it was done! While we were there, several staff came to check on us. Amazing! Then my daughter found her way to the top of the zip line and made several runs. I offered to pay the extra few dollars since there is an additional fee, but they were so happy that she was doing well, they refused to take it. I will 100% return and recommend Bouncers & Slydos to everyone! more

Worst place i have ever been.dont get me wrong the children had some what of a good time but i just can not believe how nasty the manager is. never met a more rude women in my life. I will never return and neither will all my family and friends due to the disrespect we received. more

Bouncers and slydos is a real fun place for the kids, however the customer service is very poor. The staff is very unpleasant. I had a party there for my son and because we were the last party for the day we recieved crapy service....one employee states " we are tired and we been here all day, i have minors working here and we want to go home"..she was very snappy...i think that was very unprofessional and also i think they need to do shifts so that people that have late parties still gets a nice and pleasant experience for them and their children..also they need to make sure they make a better schedule for the minors that are working there. The staff started cleaning up and packing up the chairs on the tables while the kids were still having their food. I paid for a party package just like anyone else..why should i recieve less than excellent customer service. I will never have a party there again and i will never recommend them to anyone. more

We booked a party with them and had several conversations indicating a Saturday time slot. The contract indicated Saturday but, regrettably, it had the wrong date (25th instead of 24th). Although the time reserved from our phone conversations should have been on Saturday (the 24th), apparently they waited for the contract before even reserving our time slot and then they booked Sunday instead, without even questioning the discrepancy on the contract. Only days before the party was supposed to take place did we actually learn of their error. We then had to scramble for another location. Then, after telling us we would get our deposit refunded, they gave us the runaround for three weeks before finally telling us that they changed their mind and were keeping our deposit. If you have a party to book, go somewhere else. There are plenty of great bouncy places on LI where the employees are more competent and the management is more upstanding and reputable. more

This place is great for a rainy day or school holidays. For school holidays you need to call first. Definitely keeps the kids busy and gives them a workout. Great inflatables. My kids love it. It is $12 for 2 hours. It is very clean. They also throw a great party. I have not had one there but we have been to one. I am thinking of having my next party here. I like the fact they video the party for a half hour when the kids are on the bouncers, if you are willing to pay extra. more
