Review content:
We booked a party with them and had several conversations indicating a Saturday time slot. The contract indicated Saturday but, regrettably, it had the wrong date (25th instead of 24th). Although the time reserved from our phone conversations should have been on Saturday (the 24th), apparently they waited for the contract before even reserving our time slot and then they booked Sunday instead, without even questioning the discrepancy on the contract. Only days before the party was supposed to take place did we actually learn of their error. We then had to scramble for another location. Then, after telling us we would get our deposit refunded, they gave us the runaround for three weeks before finally telling us that they changed their mind and were keeping our deposit.
If you have a party to book, go somewhere else. There are plenty of great bouncy places on LI where the employees are more competent and the management is more upstanding and reputable.
