I went there for a birthday party. The children had a wonderful time. I had to bring a younger sibling due to childcare issues and asked if I could pay an open play price so I could keep her occupied (I did not want the party parents to have to pay full for a toddler that was not even invited). I was told that I would have to pay full price ($17) and that she could eat and have cake. Again, she was not invited-of course I am not going to have her eat with kids, etc. (I thought it was extremely presumptuous of the staff to invite her to the party!) I just could not keep a two year old entertained for an hour and a half in a bounce house watching other kids play. I explained she would not be a guest and would not be eating and celebrating with the kids. Nope-I had to pay $17 for her to play for 25 minutes. As others have mentioned, the manager's people skills leave a lot to be desired. (I think she does not even realize how she comes across. I don't think it is a concious decision to be unpleasant.) I left there feeling very uncertain of whether or not they would charge the birthday parent anyway. I did not know the mother and did not want to walk over and explained that I had paid for my daughter-it would just have ended up being extremely awkward. All in all a very unfortunate customer service issue that left me feeling like I would not want to deal with them again. BUT, the children had a great time playing. If they had different management, I would feel differently.
