Review content:
Bouncers and slydos is a real fun place for the kids, however the customer service is very poor. The staff is very unpleasant. I had a party there for my son and because we were the last party for the day we recieved crapy service....one employee states " we are tired and we been here all day, i have minors working here and we want to go home"..she was very snappy...i think that was very unprofessional and also i think they need to do shifts so that people that have late parties still gets a nice and pleasant experience for them and their children..also they need to make sure they make a better schedule for the minors that are working there. The staff started cleaning up and packing up the chairs on the tables while the kids were still having their food. I paid for a party package just like anyone else..why should i recieve less than excellent customer service. I will never have a party there again and i will never recommend them to anyone.
