Boulevard just keeps doing the right things. Consistently good food and service keeps people coming back. The best part of the restaurant is the wonderful decor. more

Great Date - Call early 7/18/2002

One of the best overall restaurant experiences I have had in the Bay Area. Everything exceeded my expectations. New Foie Gras Item on the menu was fantastic a very nice 3-way sampler. The veal main course was perfect! Wine list was way above average with non-Californians well represented. Ask for a room in back its quieter and the view of the Bay Bridge at night is well worth it. Oh yeah save room to split one of their great desserts! Pros: Food, convienent, not rushed Cons: a little price, hard reservation more

Just Right.... 7/13/2002

As for the reviewers who complained about the ""long"" time between courses--this isn't McDonald's. My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate our birthdays and had a lovely 3-hour meal. We both got the filet mignon with a scallop appetizer--yum! Our waitress was just attentive enough to meet our needs yet not make us feel at all rushed. If you have the time and desire to lay down some money on a great meal and nice bottle of wine, this is the place to go. -TF Pros: Great food, Professional staff Cons: Loud more

Nicely done 5/23/2002

For a recent group event Boulevard was the perfect place. We were able to have a private room with attentive wait staff (yet not intrusive) and wonderful ambience. The wine list is strong and the food was wonderful more
