I needed a car immediately and went to another dealership. They wanted to sell me a similar car but without the right color/ options. I called a second dealer who gave me a really high price for the right car so in despiration I called Boulder Nissan which is a long way from my home. Ed talked to me for 30 seconds and called me back in five minutes with the right car for the right price on another lot. As it turns out the first dealer had the right car on hold presumably for me but was holding out to see if they could get me to buy one off of their lot. Ed found a second perfect car and in a matter of hours had it transported to his lot and paperwork ready to sign. I will be calling Ed, Dave, Eric, and Trent first. Pros: no games great price more

Well as far as car dealerships go this is my fav.....so far. We just bought the car last night so there is still room for something to go wrong I guess. With that said I really liked these guys. I had a lease with Nissan that wasn't up till March and not only did they take the car back early for me but they are paying my last payments and covering damages (minor door dings, etc). They were all very down to earth, knowledgeable, super friendly, tolerant of my kiddos (they actually played tag with them while my husband and I signed paperwork). Now I haven't had an experience with their service dept yet and that seems to be where the bad reviews are coming from but from where I stand these people are great! I hope that as the years pass I can continue to say that. Specifically Calvin and Ed- loved those guys. I bought a Titan about 2 years ago, and it's been in for waranty work 7 times not once had I asked for a car rental, but this time I needed one. Everything was great until it was time to pay the bill. They offered to pay 2 days of the rental while taking 5 days to complete the work. This whole day ended with them agreeing that they should pay for it, and yelling at me, telling me I burned bridges and telling me to leave the building. Worst service! more

Just don't go here. They won't explain anything to you, they'll take any money they can, avoid it if possible. \r Seriously. What a waste of time. Cons: The entire experience more

I had taken my car to this dealership for a 60k mile service. They charged me over $550. They claimed they would do a ""multi-point inspection"", change all the fluids, rotate wheels, oil change, etc.When they were done, they claimed that I needed a new CV boot and a new radiator. They quoted $1100 for the repair. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and was shown that none of the fluids had been changed, that my transmission had an enormous leak and had no fluid, that the spark plugs and wiring was shot, and that the gasket was eaking oil. Not only this, they quoted me a price half of what Boulder Nissan did for the boot and radiator. I went back to Boulder Nissan to settle the issue, and was told that the things which were not done there were not part of the inspection. Later, I blindly called Boulder Nissan and asked what was included in the 60k mile service, and was told that these things WERE included. I have been working with the Regional and National Office ever since, in an attempt to solve the problem.\r The Service Manager at this dealership is not to be trusted and do NOT bring your car there for service. more
