I bought a Titan about 2 years ago, and it's been in for waranty work 7 times not once had I asked for a car rental, but this time I needed one. Everything was great until it was time to pay the bill. They offered to pay 2 days of the rental while taking 5 days to complete the work. This whole day ended with them agreeing that they should pay for it, and yelling at me, telling me I burned bridges and telling me to leave the building. Worst service!
