Well as far as car dealerships go this is my fav.....so far. We just bought the car last night so there is still room for something to go wrong I guess. With that said I really liked these guys. I had a lease with Nissan that wasn't up till March and not only did they take the car back early for me but they are paying my last payments and covering damages (minor door dings, etc). They were all very down to earth, knowledgeable, super friendly, tolerant of my kiddos (they actually played tag with them while my husband and I signed paperwork). Now I haven't had an experience with their service dept yet and that seems to be where the bad reviews are coming from but from where I stand these people are great! I hope that as the years pass I can continue to say that. Specifically Calvin and Ed- loved those guys. Oh and Renee is a sweet heart too
Pros: down to earth people, kid friendly, straight shooters
Cons: they didn't fill my car up after I bought it
