Businiess name:  Boulder Nissan

Review content:
I had taken my car to this dealership for a 60k mile service. They charged me over $550. They claimed they would do a ""multi-point inspection"", change all the fluids, rotate wheels, oil change, etc. When they were done, they claimed that I needed a new CV boot and a new radiator. They quoted $1100 for the repair. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and was shown that none of the fluids had been changed, that my transmission had an enormous leak and had no fluid, that the spark plugs and wiring was shot, and that the gasket was eaking oil. Not only this, they quoted me a price half of what Boulder Nissan did for the boot and radiator. I went back to Boulder Nissan to settle the issue, and was told that the things which were not done there were not part of the inspection. Later, I blindly called Boulder Nissan and asked what was included in the 60k mile service, and was told that these things WERE included. I have been working with the Regional and National Office ever since, in an attempt to solve the problem.\r The Service Manager at this dealership is not to be trusted and do NOT bring your car there for service.
