New management 12/19/2010

I see that many of you may have had problems here in the past. However I recently went into this store and was amazed by all the help I received. The employees informed me that the store is under new management. The girls at the counter were very polite and directed me right to the Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio I was looking for. All in all, great service and great prices. I will definitely be back again. more

Some people just dont get it 10/15/2010

I just love this store. At first glance it seems just like another liquor store. If you look around and compare you see they are doing things different than most other stores. Yes it is no frills its also no wine snobbery. By that I mean its obvious they buy in BULK and sell it cheap and turn things over. Sometimes I find a wine thats approx half price and then in 2 or 3 weeks they will be sold out but then they will have another great deal . more

Not friendly, just cheap 3/6/2010

I'm not surprised that carla112 had a bad experience when she got a bad bottle there. We go there a lot, and they are usually rude. But they have coupons online every week, and if you're buying liquor you're pretty safe. We bought a bottle of wine that had turned there not too long ago, and we didn't even try to bring it back because we know they're unfriendly. I would buy my wine at Markay's just a little further down 347; he's not exactly bubbly, either, but he's consistent in his aloofness, never rude, and he stands behind what he sells. Pros: weekly coupons, in-store specials Cons: One yound woman is friendly, the guys apparently hate people more

Will No Longer Be A Customer Here!!! 2/15/2010

I recently purchased a bottle of Barefoot Pinot Grigio wine from this store. When we opened the bottle the next day, it was apparent that the wine was bad, it was carbonated and had a bad smell to it. The next day we attempted to return the wine and the rude employee told us since the bottle was opened there was nothing they could do, LOL!!!!! I don't know about anyone else but I find this to be ridiculous, because there is no way to know that the wine was bad without opening the bottle. We have shopped at this store for quite some time now but we will NO LONGER go back there!!!!! Cons: Rude employees that do not stand behind their products more

not so bad 12/16/2009

i dont know about all these other people, but this store is good for low prices and tons of different wines to choose from. if they dont have something in stock, they can suggest 10 other wines instead. take it for what it is- no frills. its like bjs or costco but for wine more

Horrific customer service 11/24/2009

Once again the tall guy packing out the cases was unbeleiably rude, doesn't help, I wonder why I shop there, but I no longer will! Today was the final straw, I spend at least 50-100 dollars a month not to mention holidays and vacations etc, and am treated like I bother the pack out guy, or inconvenience him when I actually help myself to a case! Pros: honors coupons of other businesses Cons: Bad customer service more

Bad Customer Service 11/20/2009

I've been buying from this location for a couple of years spending a few hundred dollars each time I go. I buy top shelf liquor and wine. I would consider myself a good loyal customer. I recently bought bottle of Ed Hardey Vodka (45 bucks!) and when I tried to take the bag out of my car the top of the bottle slit the bag like a razor blade and of course the bottle hit the ground and shattered. If they would have used a quality bag (there bags are so thin they are transparent) this would have never happened. Of course trying to get another bottle on them fell on deaf ears. So now I go to bottles and cases or bottle bargains. They use quality bags, stand behind their products and know a good customer when they see one. Also note, they won't honor bottle and cases prices....just bad business people running the place Pros: good prices Cons: bad customer savy more

Wines not reliable. Some bad 9/12/2009

Recently, I tried to return a bottle of chardonnay that had turned. I had purchase a few cases of this wine and put it in my cellar wine room where I have aged many wines for up to 10 years. The owner refused to take it back because it was 2 months old. Why would anyone buy cases of wine if they are only good for a few weeks or a few days. All the other bottles were fine. The young man putting the cases in the car told me that too many people bring back wine saying they had gone bad so they don't take back wine for any reason. Bottles and Cases always backs its wine and will get my business even though it is further. Pros: price Cons: wines may be have turned more

Looking for good wine with great prices 4/15/2009

Their selections for every days consumption is huge. Prices are very good, especially when they have sales. There are cheap wine and there are QPR, they are definitely one. Pros: many selections Cons: sales wine sold out fast more

Best selection, lowest prices, most convenient location 2/11/2009

This place has tons of wines... if they don't have what you're looking for, they can order it for you or they have ten others to recommend in its place. The liquor selection is pretty broad too. It isn't like Bottles and Cases that has limited choices, Bottle Blowout probably has a bottle that you want. The prices are the lowest that I've found within 30 miles and if you buy by the case they discount it even more. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and if you tell them what you're looking for (variety, quantity, price) they will help you. I go there about twice a month and never leave with less than a case. Pros: huge selection, low prices Cons: it's like a warehouse store more
