I've been buying from this location for a couple of years spending a few hundred dollars each time I go. I buy top shelf liquor and wine. I would consider myself a good loyal customer. I recently bought bottle of Ed Hardey Vodka (45 bucks!) and when I tried to take the bag out of my car the top of the bottle slit the bag like a razor blade and of course the bottle hit the ground and shattered. If they would have used a quality bag (there bags are so thin they are transparent) this would have never happened. Of course trying to get another bottle on them fell on deaf ears. So now I go to bottles and cases or bottle bargains. They use quality bags, stand behind their products and know a good customer when they see one. Also note, they won't honor bottle and cases prices....just bad business people running the place
