Wines not reliable. Some bad 9/12/2009

Recently, I tried to return a bottle of chardonnay that had turned. I had purchase a few cases of this wine and put it in my cellar wine room where I have aged many wines for up to 10 years. The owner refused to take it back because it was 2 months old. Why would anyone buy cases of wine if they are only good for a few weeks or a few days. All the other bottles were fine. The young man putting the cases in the car told me that too many people bring back wine saying they had gone bad so they don't take back wine for any reason. Bottles and Cases always backs its wine and will get my business even though it is further. Pros: price Cons: wines may be have turned more
