I'm not surprised that carla112 had a bad experience when she got a bad bottle there. We go there a lot, and they are usually rude. But they have coupons online every week, and if you're buying liquor you're pretty safe. We bought a bottle of wine that had turned there not too long ago, and we didn't even try to bring it back because we know they're unfriendly. I would buy my wine at Markay's just a little further down 347; he's not exactly bubbly, either, but he's consistent in his aloofness, never rude, and he stands behind what he sells.
