Zach has come from Bonfe to our home twice, now. He's a great guy and does conscientious work. He's simply invested in doing the right thing; not a hint of manipulative salesmanship or self-interest. This is what service industry personnel should be about. more

Quick Furnace Checkup - Amazing Service 9/2/2015

Jeff was awesome! He was right on time and incredibly friendly. He definitely knew his way around a furnace and was able to assuage any concerns I had regarding a weird noise coming from the motor. There is no way I'm going with anyone but Bonfe's from here on out. I signed up for their Piece of Mind plan ($8 / month), which includes a free AC and furnace tuneup once a year. Each staff member, from the technician on the phone to the HVAC tech at my house, was super helpful. It felt like they enjoyed talking to you and loved what they do. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. more

The service was excellent! The repairmen were very courteous and explained exactly what they were going to do. They even moved the spaced heater they removed out to the garage for me. I would definitely recommend them. more

Friendly and helpful 8/19/2015

They were flexible enough to come out and look at my AC in the evening so I didn't have to miss any work which was important to me. The technician, Zach, was friendly and seemed knowledgable. Our AC was shot so we didn't actually complete any work yet but I had a good first impression. Will be considering the company for the replacement work more

Quality from start to finnish 8/13/2015

Bonfe's was at my home at the exact time I wanted, not a two hour window like some companies. He told me the cost upfront and repaired it correctly. He was very polite and listened to what I had to say. I would use them again in a heart beat! Upfront cost may be a little more but the service you get is a lot more and they don't say one price to get you then up charge you with extras to get the job done correctly. more

Furnace went out 8/11/2015

After learning our furnace went out, Zach H. came out to look at our furnace and let us know what options we had. Zach was honest and straight forward. He connected us with the right furnace for our house at a fair price. We would definitely use Bonfe again for our HVAC needs. more

Bonfe AC repair 7/28/2015

I'm a "Peace of Mind" Bonfe customer. During this latest "heat" wave our AC was leaking gallons of water into the basement away from the drain. Mike B arrived and found the drain tube was clogged. I thought the problem was solved. Mike continued to investigate and found that the real problem was that the new furnace installation from last fall was actually the real problem. The furnace was not level from front to back and the extra water condensed from the humid air was leaking out the back of the furnace. Most technicians would have stopped at the plugged drain tube, but Mike persisted and found the real problem. This saved us additional visits from multiple technicians and we can turn our AC back on! more

An awesome job 7/11/2015

Matt J rewired our 100-year-old house and brought it up to code. Two full days of hard work, extremely professionally done. The result is great but the process itself--the two days of work--was awesome too. Matt worked diligently with minimum intrusion in our lives. He is extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. Highly recommended. As for Bonfe, they are a wonderful company. We have been their customers for over five years and they have always provided wonderful, curteous service and done excellent work. more

On time and quick to solve the problem 7/11/2015

Sam B. and Bonfe were, again, really helpful in fixing our problem. Sam arrived right on time and was able to identify and fix the problem very quickly. He was knowledgeable and came up with a good solution. The price seemed pretty high, but with the discounts and coupons, it was closer to a fair price (still a little high). We would recommend Bonfe to our family and friends. more

We had an unusual issue with our AC unit and Mike came in and figured out the problem. It was a mystery that had gone unsolved by other service providers so it was a real thrill to have Mike solve it AND fix it in one visit! We are very happy and, once again, we appreciate Mike's skill and great customer service. more

Everytime Bonfe comes out for service their technicians go above and beyond. Roman has been awesome to work with. He is super friendly, knowledgable and answered every question we had. We will for sure keep using bonfe in the future because of their great staff! more

I recently had Altin Niklekaj to my house for my annual AC check. Once again I was impressed with the level of customer service that Bonfe's provides!
