Jeff was awesome! He was right on time and incredibly friendly. He definitely knew his way around a furnace and was able to assuage any concerns I had regarding a weird noise coming from the motor.
There is no way I'm going with anyone but Bonfe's from here on out. I signed up for their Piece of Mind plan ($8 / month), which includes a free AC and furnace tuneup once a year. Each staff member, from the technician on the phone to the HVAC tech at my house, was super helpful. It felt like they enjoyed talking to you and loved what they do. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
