Furnace Service 2/27/2015

Zach from Bonfe was very helpful. He was prompt to our appointment, and was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. After identifying the issues Zach had a brief discussion with me about what was wrong, and was straight forward about what our options were. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable when discussing cost of the repairs (which is how I typically feel when these types of things happen). The entire process went really well, and was completed swiftly and efficiently. Zach was friendly and even took some time to pay attention to my dog. All-in-all I am pleased with the service provided, and not to mention very happy I have heat again! more

Furnace tune up 2/13/2015

He called on schedule and arrived on time. Was careful to use shoe covers. Had the right tools. Gave me information on my options for purchasing a service plan. Described what specific services needed to be done and let me select which I wanted. Had the part in his truck to install so that he did not have to do an additional visit. Was respectful and managed the payment efficiently. Seemed efficient and competent. Did everything that I expected and more. Definitely would be pleased to have him come again when service is required. more

Bonfe Service Review 2/11/2015

My furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening in February. I was panicked about how to get help on a cold, weekend evening. After calling a number of "after hours" companies, Bonfe was the most helpful and responsive. Mike arrived Sunday morning and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He had the parts needed on hand and was able to fix the furnace within the hour. He was very professional and knowledgable. He was also very personable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He explained thoroughly the Bonfe Peace of Mind program, so I now am covered for future problems. Mike made the whole furnace breakdown end very pleasantly. more

Quick Service 1/13/2015

When my furnace would not light I called Bonfe's. They had Zach out to my house within 3 hours of my call. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to discover the problem was just a lose wire. The problem was fixed in a fair and expedited manner. more

Garbage Disposal Replacement. 12/27/2014

The appointment was made for 1 P.M. on December 18 and Mike C. arrived right on schedule. We discussed options such as cleaning the existing unit, replacing it with either a 1/2 or 3/4 horse unit, and the costs of each option were detailed. We decided to replace the old disposal with a new 3/4 horse unit. He did the work quickly and professionally. He cleaned up when the work was completed. He alerted us to a coupon we could get from the Bonfe web site that saved us some money. Mike is a very nice, congenial person. He can come to my house any time. Thank you very much. more

Got my furnace fixed quickly 12/19/2014

After waking up to a non-operational furnace (in the middle of December), Bonfe's was able to get a service specialist out the same day, within just a couple hours of my call. Zach was friendly and professional did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed quickly. The price was a bit more than competitors, but it was worth it for me the fast turnaround time. more
