The website projected warmth; family owned and not huge. I dread buying cars because of typical high pressure atmosphere. B.S.T. is unlike any other dealership as it is full of friendly, not aggressive employees. Tony as so helpful and kind, he eased my tension. Tom was also low key and friendly. I Trust Them 7/27/2011

I have been a Bob Smith Toyota customer for the past few years. My last two cars came from here and I received great deals on them. I was having a small issue with my Matrix and I stopped in. They assured me I would be in and out. Not but a short time later, I was ready and on my way. I never really ask what the problem is because, I just am assured that it is taken care of the proper way. I have my trust in Bob Smith Toyota. more

It was that time every father hates. My little girl was going off to collage. I wanted to make sure while she was there she had a good reliable car to depend on. I brought her to Bob Smith Toyota and we shopped around. She really liked the Toyota Corolla. We ended up getting a Royal blue one with a sunroof. We bought our car again at Bob Smith Toyota because of the friendly and professional service. Also the loyal support of theirs deserves to be returned with equal loyalty. Its been great working with Pete and Mike over the past three years I loved the Camry and have never had any problems with it. Freddie has been excellent to work with on the new Versa deal. He has really made us feel so comfortable and his knowledge of the vehicle helped us tremendously in finding the right car for us. more

At Ease 5/12/2011

I came into the dealership just looking not ready to buy yet. I was greeted by Haik K he was friendly, not at all pushy and very knowledgeable about the entire product line. Haik took the time with me even though he knew I was not ready to buy, he decided to build a great relationship with me. Over the months we would communicate via email and I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma, Haik again with no pressure made me feel at ease and just gave me a good deal. I have been too many dealerships over the past couple of months and have to say my experience at Bob Smith Toyota was by far the best. I think I have a new friend, Haik. I will definitely recommend him and Bob Smith to all my friends and family. James Yonan more
