Logical Understanding 3/29/2012

The approach of a person who is trying to sell a car was the first thing i noticed differentiating this dealer from others. They gave me space to look around. The way the deal was made was a win-win situation for us. Honestly the calm, logical and understanding approach of personal to customers need a big positive effect on me to come back and buy a car. The efforts Tony and Justin put forth made me feel comfortable even though they still wanted to sell a car. Great Job everyone. more

We have other Toyota vehicles with service experience here and had developed a very pleasant personal relationship with Marcus. His personal service is superior and we feel we can trust him to take care of us & have our best interest. We appreciate his persistence in seeking out the automobile with all our specifications. One of the major service he provided was the time spent hands on reviewing all the features and how to use them on our new hybrid. more

Our Product Specialist Bart Morrison was very friendly and personal. He was very helpful, patient and pressure free. Thomas our financing specialist gave us many options. We were able to pick the perfect option for our budget & were willing to work with us! Thank you guys for everything! more

A Few 2/23/2012

Friendliness, convenience, accessibility, great service, down-to-earth, courteous, trustworthy are just a few words I can use. Our family has bought 5 cars from here. I would say we are very loyal customers and loyal to the brand. I commute about 500 miles a week and wanted a greener vehicle. Mr Caguioa helped me every step of the way and made test driving and purchasing my new Prius truly a pleasure. more

Everyone at Bob Smith Toyota was so nice. They all helped to ensure I was happy with my car and I understood all the finance paperwork. When my car was delivered the porter took a few minutes to show me some of the features on the car that were new. I really like my new car. more

It Was Right 1/18/2012

Buying a car has always been a major stress but that?s not the case at Bob Smith Toyota! The adjectives to use to describe the people here are adjectives that you normally don?t hear in reference to car dealers: trustworthy, honest, accommodating, and patient. They take time to explain everything in detail. No pressure. Im driving off the lot completely confident this was the right decision. more

Its a Breeze 1/9/2012

Shopping at Bob Smith Toyota was easy and simple. They had a vast selection of different makes and models. I found a car I really liked but I didn?t like the way it drove so the search continued. The salesman had no problem and wanted to make sure we were happy. I finally found the one. We went to financing and it was a breeze. I really recommend Bob Smith Toyota. more

Feeling Good 1/5/2012

Bob Smith Toyota had a great selection for me and my wife to choose from. My wife saw the new Camery and I could tell it was love at first sight. We took it for a ride and she just had to have it. Being a family owned business the paperwork was easy and not like most of the big named places, long, boring, and confusing. We left with a new car and feeling good about it. more

Bob Smith Toyota had a very good selection for us to choose from. I was able to get the car I wanted with the options I wanted. They didn’t have to go locate it, they knew where it was which saved time. I really enjoyed my time here, which might I add wasn’t too much but just right. more

I was at the right place at the right time. Bob Smith Toyota had a great deal on a brand new Camry. I was going there to get my son a new car and I was in the market for a corolla but I was able to get a year old Camry for way cheaper then the other one. The service was impeccable and I have nothing bad to say. more

I heard great things about Bob Smith Toyota. I don?t live very close to them but after hearing such great things about them I decided the drive would be worth it. Coming down here was one of the best choices I have made. Everyone were so nice and accommodating. I had an excellent experience here and I believe you would too. more

Going to a car dealership is something most people hate. I am one of those people. I hate all the haggling, them trying to up sell you, trying to sell you something you don?t want and most of all the moment you arrive I feel like a chicken leg in front of a bunch of hungry vultures. When I got to Bob Smith Toyota it was nothing like this. Everyone was so friendly and they asked what I wanted. No trying to up sell me, they asked what features I wanted. The finance process was a painless and easy process. If you in the market for a new car you definitely have to stop by here. more

Good service 11/29/2011

I have my Camry serviced here regularly. I bought it somewhere else, but BST is close to where I live now. The appointments are easy to make. They seem to always have times available. The work is good. I've never had a problem afterwards. They also get done on time. The price seems a little high, but I don't really have any means of comparison. When I compare routine maintenace with my friends, it seems to be the same price everywhere. I guess it just costs alot to maintain cars. more

Great customer service by Tom and Tony. They worked with me until I got the car I wanted in the color I wanted it. They gave me unbevlieveable service and would do the same for you. NOW im off to hit the road in my new Highlander. more
