Bob Mills Furniture All it is says it is???? 4/29/2011

We purchased a bedroom set and matress, which was supose to be the top of the line made by Bob Mills. The furniture was dilivered, scratched and we had to argue with the delivery man to return it. Then the one that helped deliver it was not an employee of the furniture store. The employee of the store advised the other man helped deliver and asked us to pay him a tip. However, We had already paid $100. for delivery. more

Went to the store, approached by a salesman immedately. He was very friendly, helpful, and made the expierence wonderful. I have never seen a furniture store that had so many bedroom suites selections to choose from at such a reasonable price. I love my bedroom furniture and the shopping expiercence was excellant. more

The sales person was prompt and showed us exactly what we were looking for without trying to ""hassle"" us into buying something more expensive or any additional items. We went in knowing what we wanted and were on a time crunch. We were able to get in and get out in about 20 minutes. We were quite pleased with the service! more

I hate shopping and being attacked by sales people as soon as you walk thru the doors. I told the first salesman that, he gave me his card and completely backed off and wasn't even within viewing distance of me----I greatly appreciate that! When I was sure of my decision, I went back to Bob Mills, asked for that salesman and told him what I wanted and all was good!!! I will definitely be back. THANKS!!!! more

Dena Hudson was superb. She went out of her way to help me. The chair was for my sister who has disabilities and it didn't work for her. Dena wa very gracious about its return. I'm hoping in the near future I can bring Becky in and find a chair that will be comfortable for her. more

My experience at bob mills was excellant I was returning to get some new furniture and the sales men who helped me was excellant. I did take the time to go look at mathis brothers and in the end I returned to bob mills to purchase the items I needed at a lower price for the same quality. more

Steve D. was very helpful in finding just the right kitchen table and chairs. When the chairs were delivered one of them was slightly damaged. The Customer Service Department was very helpful. The delivery staff was curteous and friendly. They assembled the table in a short amount of time and had everything in its place. more

We were greeted at the door, which is usually unnerving, but we had one thing on our minds and were ready to get down to business. Brandon, our salesman, was very imformative and genually nice and easy to talk to. He answered alll our questions without hesitation, so we know he knows what he's talking about. All in all it was a very fun and wonderful time and we love our new leather sofa. Thanks so much for your help. more
