Joe and Dan are very competent and professional in presenting information to prospective buyers. They are well-informed; communicate well in person or by telephone and engender confidence in the prospective buyer. In addition, the details of the car purchase or trade are efficiently handled and ease the purchase process to reduce the ""hassle"" of car buying. Also, there are no overbearing phone calls or excessive negotiating ploys in arriving at a fair deal for the customer as well as the seller. I worked with Kayla Sternbergh in buying my new car. Even with my credit problems Kayla worked her tail off to try to get me into a new car. I love the car and I love that Bob Brady Auto understands that bad credit happens to good people more

As usual, my service at Bob Brady Auto Mall was exceptional. My sales person, Alex Wiggins, was an amazingly patient man. He even had ME apologizing to HIM because I was being very picky. While unable to get me into the truck that I initially wanted (my fault, not theirs), Alex and the team at Bob Brady Auto Mall did get me into a new 2013 Ram, that I (and my 8-year old son) are extremely happy with! more

We recently leased a car at Bob Brady Honda in Decatur IL. Our salesperson was Rey Rodrigrez. We can't say enough about what a great experience it was! Rey listened to our needs, brought 2 models up for us to look at and explained options to us of each model. As we took a test drive of each model, he explained to us how options would help us. Once back and talking prices and options, we never felt pressured to buy! It was the most pleasurable experience you could ever ask for! After the paperwork of leasing, Rey Rodgigrez Jr. prepped the car for us to take home. With his prep, he went over the owner manuel and the options/benefits of purschasing the car. He helped us link our phone to the system, and double checked all the last minute things with us being 100% happy with our purchase. I would recommend either Rodrigrez's for your purchase of a new vehicle! Thank you Rey and Rey Jr., and thank you Bob Brady!!!! more

I started out by putting some information in to the computer. It must send to dealer ships. I was called by Kayla and she went over a few things and wanted t schedule a time for me to come see her. I set up my date and time. I went to my appointment and it was one of the best ones I have had with a dealer ship. It was excellent service from everyone involved. I am very impressed with how they got me in a car in a few short hours. i would definitely go back there again for my car needs. A BIG THANK YOU TO KAYLA and her team!!!! more

We were in need of a vehicle and no one in our hometown of Bloomington would even discuss financing options with us. Kayla called us and we drove to Decatur to see if they could help us. Kayla was friendly and treated us with respect throughout the whole process, We ended up driving away in a brand new 2014 Dodge Avenger. We would never have been able to do that in Bloomington. Thanks Kayla,Rey and everyone else at Bob Brady Auto Mall for your great customer service. Will send anyone looking for a car down to you. We love our car. Plus Kayla made the car buying process not so horrible and humiliating as it had been for us in the past. more
