We were in need of a vehicle and no one in our hometown of Bloomington would even discuss financing options with us. Kayla called us and we drove to Decatur to see if they could help us. Kayla was friendly and treated us with respect throughout the whole process, We ended up driving away in a brand new 2014 Dodge Avenger. We would never have been able to do that in Bloomington. Thanks Kayla,Rey and everyone else at Bob Brady Auto Mall for your great customer service. Will send anyone looking for a car down to you. We love our car. Plus Kayla made the car buying process not so horrible and humiliating as it had been for us in the past.
