The people in the service department are excellent and helpful and professional. Also, appreciate your shuttle service. Kelly in service is always very friendly. Usually I have Phyllis, but all the drivers are excellent. Phyllis is also friendly. more

My experience was excellent. I was so nervous coming in but on entering I was received with a smile, my salesperson made me so comfortable. He never has a negative word to say, every thing was positive. I am so glad I called Bob Brady. Everything I experienced today worked for me so all I can say is keep up the good work! more

The dealership itself is a very hospital environment, offering entertainment for children of customers and making coffee and food available for customers while they are waiting. I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else, and will encourage my family members and co-workers to seriously consider Bob Brady Auto Mall when making their next vehicle purchase.
