Brad was very good. Friendly and courteous as he seemed to do most of the outside AC system work. This is a minor point but as he was leaving, I asked what the exposed wires were near the AC unit.and he explained they are BGE's from the BGE box that switches unit off during peak usage. Blue dot not authorized to reconnect. It would have been helpful for him to explain prior to me seeing the exposed wires and asking. more

Ramon and Roth did an excellent job of getting my new Furnace and AC units installed. It was rather challenging as I have a 3rd floor condominium with no elevator. They completed the job in one day and reviewed both parts of the unit with me. I would definitely recommend Blue Dot to anyone more
