AC Repair w/ Mark Daisey 9/20/2016

My Mom and I cannot thank service tech,Mark Daisy, enough for his recent repair of our very old A/C system. Mark's knowledge, skill, punctuality. patience. consideration and his total honesty helped us to make the best decision on repairing our A/C. After having multiple problems w/ Blue Dot's installation and repair services in the past, Mark has helped us to regain our trust in Blue Dot. Air conditioner replacement 8/3/2016

Ray Edgerton and Teklu Tadesse from Blue Dot removed a broken furnace/air conditioner in my home and replaced them with new units. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They did excellent work! more

Blue Dot Services of Maryland 7/26/2016

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit yesterday and today. There was a constant stream of water leaking from it. I spent every two hours yesterday and today emptying a bucket of water along with having no air conditioning. Anthony F. from Blue Dot Services of Maryland came and corrected the problem. He was prompt, courteous, professional and informative. The office team also provided wonderful service. more

Very Disappointed - no show for an appointment 7/7/2016

No one showed up for the appointment , I called again and was told someone would show and that a supervisor would call me in a little bit. No one called or showed up. I repeat this process over the next 4 hrs. No one ever called or showed up at my home. I still haven't heard anything from Blue Dot. So much for even an effort at good service. I have since called another company, who was on time!!! more

Great work 6/30/2016

I had Matt O. and Matt D. as my installers for a new Heatpump system. They were great. The service was efficient and they took great pride in making everything look good. Pretty much worked straight through the day. Definitely recommend their service more

New Heat Pump 5/24/2016

I had a Heat pump installed by Joe S., Damon H, Ray M from Blue Dot and these technicains were very professional. They took the time to explain every piece of equipment installed. They cleaned their mess from the install and the extra mess from my family in the hall. I'm very please by the quality of work and yes i would recommend these gentlemen to install in my family houses if they lived in Maryland. Yes, I would use Blue Dot again because of these technicians. more
