Frank E. phoned and showed up within the appointment window to perform the semi-annual maintenance inspection on our heating/cooling system. Frank brought with him the tools necessary to perform the check, as well as enthusiasm and friendly demeanor. While here, he worked efficiently, explained the checklist, and offered recommendations. Overall, he delivered A+ service. more

Great Installation Service 5/18/2016

Montre and Carlos from Blue Dot installed a new HVAC system in my townhouse. They were professional, friendly and meticulous even working well past 6pm to make sure everything was installed perfectly. Would highly recommend the experience overall and their service in particular. more

The team was on schedule and completed the installation of the new heat pump and removal of the old heat pump in a timely and professional manner. Jorge was the team lead and provided the homeowners clear information on the operation of the system. Jorge and the team was diligent in running all the necessary cycles prior to departure. Excellent service and recommend the team highly. more
