I have been very satisfied with my products from blue bee printing. I think that their shipping costs are very expensive which always makes me question if I am going to reorder. I have reordered several times though and every time there seems to be some difficulty with my order that they send me an email about. I don't understand this because I am reordering a product they have already printed for me. I would like for them to remember me or take some time to research my order before sending me an email. I have chosen to work with them because they are a smaller company and I would like some personal service that should come with that. more

Large circle magnet - rush order 8/12/2011

We ordered a large circle magnet. The first shipment had an image error. Blue Bee reprinted and shipped out right away. Second shipment was a square magnet instead of a circle. Since this was a rush shipment and client needed it for a trade show in Norway, Blue Bee reprinted the magnets and shipped them to Norway at no cost to us, arriving in time for the trade show. Great customer service! more

Barbecue Rub Labels for Wife's "Gathering Of The Girls" 8/11/2011

Found myself in a pinch when the wife wanted to have a "country-themed" gathering of the girls, which is basically 15 professional women who gather a few times a year to unwind. I needed customized labels for the barbecue rub that was part of the gift bags, and my laser printer and glue stick weren't going to do the job. Someone recommended Blue Bee, and I submitted the artwork, placed an order, and had the most beatiful finished product on my desk in less than seven working days. Image quality? Stunning. Production? Amazing. Truly professional product from a truly amateur layout. These people rock. more

We had an issue when we first got our order. It wasn't the correct color so we contacted them and got them back and it was what we wanted. I think they are friendly and have good customer service. Would do business again. more
