I knew from the beauty of the site that I would like Blue Bee! 11/17/2011

I had to peek through many other complicated, unappealing sites before I landed on Blue Bee. If you ever think that the beauty and simplicity of the site doesn't matter, think again! When I landed on Blue Bee, I loved the name and the look of the site and was able to get the information I needed easily as the interface is so simple. Then, I got a few calls from the Customer Service people to follow-up on questions and everyone was smart, friendly, and easy to work with. The site is just an expression of the company and Blue Bee makes that clear. more

Incompetent Company. 11/11/2011

I tried to get them to print some die cut magnets for me. After 2 months of converting artwork from one format to another, they couldn't get it. They sent me a proof that was blurry and you couldn't even read what was on the magnet. I told them I wanted my money back and they refunded it right away. RESPONSE FROM Blue Bee Printing: Hi Tony Sorry for your bad experience with us. In hindsight we should have just recreated the art for you. You mention after 2 months but I think it was about 2 weeks looking at the email trail and it could have been worst if we didn't checked your file submitted that was low resolution. more

Fine product, bad service 11/10/2011

I picked blue bee because they had an easy web interface and a transparent pricing process. They were initially very responsive to my inquiries, but when my questions were more complicated than an FAQ, I would have to call and email multiple times. They told me what options to choose ensure an on-time delivery, and then missed my deadline by three days. To add insult to injury, they accidentally charged my credit card a month later because someone ordered a sticker that looked like mine. Barely an apology. more

Only problem was that my bumper stickers did not come with any scoring. This makes it difficult to peel off the sticker, but not impossible! more
