I ordered a set of magnets to incorporate artwork for a save the date for my wedding. The artwork I had submitted needed some tweaking. Blue Bee is availalable and takes the time to answer questions. I must admit I asked some rookie technical questions in order to get the artwork to the correct standards, and the representative was very respectful and patient. When I finally got my artwork to the correct standards they sente theagnets in a timely manner. The quality was excellent (color, detail, consistency, cut, etc). I like the fact that Blue Bee is available for questions, they pay attention to detail, are friendly/patient, and send the order in a timely manner. more

They seem to make a good product and at a fair price. My only complaint is that the first time I tried to place an order by email, I did not get any response. When my order did finally go through, shipping was quick and lead time was good as well. more

Our nonprofit community group has had stickers, magnets and glossy brochures printed by Blue Bee Printing. Their attention to detail and individualized service is outstanding, as is the quality of the final products. The brochures and stickers looked far superior to those we have had printed before, using the same graphics files, by other companies. The previous companies charged either similar (brochures) or higher (stickers) prices than BlueBee. The magnets from Blue Bee, too, a first-time product for us, were of outstanding quality. The prices of these products were extremely reasonable and delivery was very fast and efficient. I cannot think of any negatives..we will continue to go to Blue Bee first for our future printing needs! more

This was the first project we've gone through with Blue Bee Printing. My company's main focus was finding a vendor that could print a custom design on the backing of the stickers so that's how we came to find you. We are so happy with the way stickers came out and they've been passed out at events on our National Campus tour. The one detail that kept me from giving 5 stars was the shipment tracking process/website. I was shipped a complimentary hardcopy since this was our first project (which was awesome!) I then approved my order for production with Turnaround time Economy (5 Bus Days) via email Fri, Sep 9, 2011 at 6:22 PM. On Thu, Sep 15, 2011 at 11:58 AM I emailed support@bluebeeprinting.com to ask about an estimated delivery date. I did not get a response. I logged into my account to check my order and the saw the order status was still "In Production." I called Blue Bee Printing on Friday September 16 and the nice CSR let me know my order had been delivered & signed for by S.Collins, which is our receptionist, but the shipment was no where to be found. The shipment ended up coming later that same day. What I realized happened was that the only tracking information available was for the hardcopy sample, so this is what S.Collins signed for and the CSR gave me over the phone. So I would just recommend sending out a tracking number per shipment and then keeping account statuses updated as much as possible. To this day my order still says "In Production" I will definitely order from you again and have noted that I will need to verify information via phone for the time being. more
