The Best Service 7/25/2014

We have A Carrier Infinity Dual Zone furnace with Air Purifier, A Carrier Infinity Central Air conditioner, and A Generac 20kw standby generator.... all were bought from and installed by Blessing Co. of Grand Blanc, Mi.. They come out and tell you what you need, they do Not just sell you what you think you want. They actually measure and have formulas to figure what is needed to run efficiently. Our home has never been so comfortable! They had the electrician measure how much electricity we were using to run the house, and installed what we needed to run the entire house when the power goes out. The Generac 20kw runs EVERYTHING, including 2 out buildings! This past winter, after the ice storm, it ran the whole place for 3 days straight with no issues!! Blessing Company comes out and check the furnace in the fall, and the AC in the summer, to keep everything running as it should. I have dealt with Blessing Company for many years. When my AC service check was done this AM, I was reminded as to why I depend upon them for all my plumbing and heating/cooling needs. Don, my service tech today was knowledgable, efficient, and trustworthy. His pleasant personality and professional manner put me at ease as he worked in my home. Another employee, Steve, was here last week replacing my sump pump. He, too, shares the above qualities. This is what I expec,t and have experienced, in all my dealings with Blessing employees, from sales people to workmen, throughout many years of service and difficult life experiences. Blessing Company was the only company willing to come out during a hot week before a holiday weekend our a/c had been struck by lightening and my husband had had a stroke and it was over 100 degrees in the house. Not only were they able to get the unit running temporarily the were able to install a new furnace and a/c that same week. We have been on the service agreement ever since and have been trouble free since! Don Smith has been to our home several times and has been very helpful by answering all my questions and making suggestions that help us be more comfortable. Don Smith worked with us through our furnace problems. After he dug deep into our old furnace issues we realized it was beyond repair. Don sat down with us and went over many options with many price ranges before we found the right fit for us. They installed our new carrier and WOW, what a super system it is. From install to teaching us how to use our new system he was fantastic. I highly recommend Blessing, and a big thanks to Don. more

Bill Groth was our service technical and was extremely prompt when he returned our call.\r He indicated about an hour, and he was here within the hour. Our situation was urgent as the sewer pipe backed up causing some internal flooding on the basement floor. He was very cordial and accomodating explaining all the features that Blessing offers and we even signed up for the Service Partner Rewards. Bill was very professional and a pleasure to deal with especially for him taking the time on a Sunday afternoon. I appreciate his level of dedication and the service that Blessing provides. more

Don Smith sold me a carrier infinity furnace to help reduced my heating bills. Not only have I saved money but the air quality and and overall comfort of my home has improved. Bill was out to our office last week and both time was extremely efficient, very knowledeable, and skilled at the plumbing trade. The bonus was when Bill cleaned the areas where the plumbing work had been completed to perfection, and that wasn't how he found it either. We are very impressed with this organization!! more

Very Pleased! 7/23/2012

I have utilized Blessing Plumbing & Heating for many years for installation and service. I have been very impressed with the service I have received and the products I have purchased through them. Techs are proffesional and have never used pressure sell to get me to purchase products and or services I did not want or need. Recently I contacted them on a weekend regarding my AC system. The tech returned my call and was able to trouble shoot my problem over the phone precluding a service call. We are very pleased with thw Service Partner Maintanance Program. more

We signed up with Blessings to have yearly check ups on our furnace and air conditioner. Blessings has contacted us to schedule our bi-yearly checkups without fail. We believe that yearly check ups will give us longer use of our equipment.\r We have been happy with the service that Blessing has given us. more

Have had two technicians at our home recently; one for repairs and one for routine servicing of air conditioner. I have 100% confidence in the work completed. Other than routine servicing of AC and furnace, have had little experience with plumbing and heating companies. Was quite surprised at the expense/cost, but I am confident that the work was exceptional and that Blessing will "stand by" whatever they do. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and offered a wealth of information; all questions were answered in detail. Would recommend. more

Completely Satisfied 6/6/2012

I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed about a year and a half ago. Service was great ,installers were here half the day explaining to me what they were doing,what to expect,once they completed the job i was and continue to be completely satisfied. more
