Bill Groth was our service technical and was extremely prompt when he returned our call.\r
He indicated about an hour, and he was here within the hour. Our situation was urgent as the sewer pipe backed up causing some internal flooding on the basement floor. He was very cordial and accomodating explaining all the features that Blessing offers and we even signed up for the Service Partner Rewards. Bill was very professional and a pleasure to deal with especially for him taking the time on a Sunday afternoon. I appreciate his level of dedication and the service that Blessing provides.
