I have been a customer of Blessings for 5 years and have been very pleased with the company. The service people are very professional\r and are very willing to answer any questions I might have. They have also arrived on time for all appointments and have completed there work in one visit with no return visits required. I would highly recommend Blessing Pllumbing and Heating. more

Very Satisfied! 5/31/2012

I have been a custiomer of Blessings Company for several years, they have installed my carrier Air Condition Unit, Carrier Furnace, and Hot Water Heater, as well providing annual service to insure that all the equipment is working correctly.\r \r All tech coming to the home have been very professional, no problems. Blessing installed our furnace, central air conditioner & water heater a few years ago. We had several companies submit bids but Blessing impressed my wife and I the most. They did not take any shortcuts and did a very impressive installation.\r \r Our electrical and gas bills immediately reflected cost savings over our old systems.\r \r Mike Allen from Blessing does our twice yearly maintenance on our air conditioner and furnace. Very professional yet friendly. He always wears covers on his shoes to protect our floors as he does his checks.\r \r Blessings is always there for us. more

I have been dealing with Blessing for about 10-15 years they take care of all out plumbing and heating needs. All of the service people are super friendly and polite, always on time and clean up after themselves They have replaced our Furnace, Hot water tank, moved some things in the laundry room.Would not go anywhere else as they are the best. Don't be afraid to call them. Bill usually comes out to do the service. He is great. more

They take care of all of our plumbing and heating needs. In the past year they have installed a new water heater and furnace, fixed leaky sinks, and a plumbing inspection. Their service has always been wonderful. more

Furnace Repair 2/27/2012

When I called Blessing they were prompt getting a technician {Mike Allen} for service for my furnace. When he arrived he was very courteous and friendly, knowledgeable. He explained the tax advantages and savings for higher efficiency furnaces.\r \r more

The best place to have pluming and heating 1/11/2012

Blessing Plumbing and Heating Co, in Grand Blanc is the only company we will have work at our home. We have used them several times in the past and always have the most dependable service. Bill and Scott were very knowledgeable and helpful in performing the service this time to. Rip offs - $1200/hr. Seriously 2/2/2011

This business in the Flint area has no qualms about charging exorbitant prices for their services. In my laundry room I had a shut off valve that was corroded. I thought the replacement was going to be a major job so I called Blessing Co. in Grand Blanc. When I called, I was told they would charge $45 for the service call. Since I wasn't home at the time, I told my wife to call me if the price was over $300. She called and sure enough, $400 was their flat rate fee. I was shocked but he told her he may have to cut thru the drywall to get to the pipes. I arrived home 20 minutes later and he was walking out the door. He turned off the water, replaced both of the water valves and was kind enough to hook up the washer lines. For 20 minutes of work, I was charged $400 or the equivalent of $1200 per hour. He didn't have to cut thru the drywall and in essence scared my wife into believing the project was large enough to warrant $400 not 20 minutes of work. \r \r I filed a c more

Utility tub relocated 10/12/2010

I requested having a utility tub in my basement relocated to be next to my workbench so as to be more convenient. This work was done correctly with no issues and I am now enjoying having the tub in close proximity to where I work. I highly recommend Blessing for any plumbing or heating needs. more

Stay Away 9/27/2010

I called Blessing for an estimate to run a gas line for a grill. The total distance the line needed to be run was a straight shot of about 10 feet. \r \r The gave me an estimate of $750. I immediately knew that this project was going to take two hours max. \r \r I hired an independent contractor who did the install for $150. It took him an hour and a half.\r \r Blessing charged me $65 just for the estimate. I feel sorry for all the people who do not what things should cost and have ripped off by Blessing. more

Horrible Experience 7/11/2007

We felt, and were told by other businesses, that we were grossly overcharged for a service that Blessing performed. The company contacted me for a service quality call and I expressed my concern for the company policy of charging over $300 for a procedure that didn't solve our problem and left us no closer to solving the problem than we were before we called them. The caller was polite and offered to have someone else call me back. THE MAN THAT CALLED ME BACK was RUDE and very short with me making it very clear that his job was TO MAKE A PROFIT and he doesn't care what anyone else charges. It turned out we needed a new well and Blessing quoted us at over $2000 more than the if we went directly to the company that they subcontract through. That's an additional $2000 for Blessing to be the middle man. I feel USED and TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF because within the past six months I turned to Blessing for everything and sank approx. to $10000 in their company only to be treated this poorly an more

Excellent ! 2/9/2006

There is only one word to describe them, Excellent !\r \r We wanted to get a new furnice and they offered one of the lowest rates so we went with them. \r \r I wasnt expecting much because of the price but the service was unbealievable. They worked with me and could not have been more friendly on setting up times to discuss options and then eventually the actual installation. \r \r They were quick, cheap, nice, all that you could possibly expect. I have recomended them to a few other people who were in the market for their services and they also have experienced excellent service. \r \r The furnice was great and so were they. more

We were Blessed!!! 8/17/2005

We contacted Blessing in the Spring of this year to receive a "Spring Cleaning" on our air conditioner/heater. We pre-paid for this service, but because of time and family issues, we were never able to keep our appt. with them. To my amazement, they contacted us in July to complete the service. They were timely, friendly, and didn't try to sell me anything. He said our system worked great, and I was happy to have them. All in all it was a good deal with excellent follow through and customer service! PROS: Committed, No Hard Sales CONS: Rescheduled once more
