3 things everyone should know:\r
1. GREEN SERVICE: The completely green service they provide is only provided if you specifically ask for it. Their website used to say this had to be performed monthly and was more expensive. Now they only provide it if you ask for it and it doesn't cost more. When you discover this and call to ask why they weren't providing their Green Service they respond by saying some customers don't like the strong smell, which may be true, but if I call a company called BioGuard and read about how they offer a green service and don't see other options, I'm going to assume I'm getting the green service unless otherwise noted.\r
2. 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE TO CANCEL: Once your contract is up, they've also included a clause in the contract that says you have to cancel in writing 30 days in advance. I just called to cancel 7 days in advance and they told me there is no way, it's in my contract. I was not aware of this.\r
3. ECOSMART PRODUCTS USED CAN BE PURCHASED MUCH CHEAPER: Most of the techs that apply their products don't apply according to instructions (some much less). They use EcoSmart products that you can buy for MUCH cheaper at Home Depot and apply yourself. EcoSmarts instructions indicate much more product should be applied and more regularly, especially after rain since it is more natural.\r

I've had the 5+ services performed as was required in my contract, and I'm canceling my service, after I'm forced to pay $96 for 1 more according to the 30 day written notice requirement as hidden in the contract of course, and will never use their services again. Instead I will seek an honest upfront company for which I would gladly support and even pay more for.
