Please note I signed up under Pest One before Bioguard bought them out.
I would put no stars but the rating system won't let me. The salesman got into our home by asking for a drink of water. Then he wouldn't leave without a signed contract for service. I told him over and over we couldn't afford it right now. He assured us that we could cancel a spray anytime we weren't able to afford a regular scheduled spray. Finally we signed to just get rid of him. We canceled the second scheduled spray according to their policy and yet they sprayed anyway. Then they made us pay for the service despite calling and complaining that we had canceled. After that I requested to close the account and they are threatening to sue me for half the agreed contract. I recently spoke to their sprayer about the situation and he told me ""the whole upper management of this company are crooks. It's terrible how they treat some of their clients. I feel uncomfortable working here but I need the job until I can find something else with more honest people.""
I have also had bids from other pest control companies since Pestone/ Bioguard and their prices are less than half the cost for the same services and they don't require a contract. What a ripoff and totally unprofessional this company is. What ever happend to good customer service? It isn't found here if you don't conform to their every requirement, yet they don't feel the need to honor your own requirements.
