Dennis was a pleasure to deal with. He provided a clear explanation of our heating problem. His work on our heater was through and he quickly fixed our heating situation. I am looking forward to continuing working with this company on future problems that may arise with my heating system because of him. more

Very helpful plumbers 1/5/2017

Rob L. and Sam from Binksy Home came today to fix our leaking pressure relief valve in the boiler. Binsky sent them right away. They were both very friendly and helpful and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. I wish Binsky charged less money, but the guys were very nice and competent. more

Rob and Mark provided excellent service while installing our new furnace. They were very diligent with keeping our home clean during the process. After installation, They provided instruction regarding the thermostat. In all aspects of the job, they were professional and friendly. They represent the company very well! more

Binsky Home is awesome 11/14/2016

This past weekend my furnace broke down, leaving me without heat, and requiring a total overhaul. Within an hour after I'd called Binsky (on a Saturday!) Rob was at my house troubleshooting. The entire process required two visits over two days and much logistical oversight to finally get my heat back on and working. Rob went above and beyond the entire time -- even leaving my daughter and I with overnight space heaters to make sure we were well taken care of. Rob's kindness, skill, and attention to detail were seriously impressive and the entire Binsky support team is a pleasure to work with. Binsky Home is that rare organization that has integrity and truly stellar employees. I highly recommend! more

Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my specific product install for my Nest Thermostat. He saved me having to spend more money to run another thermostat wire as I only had a 2 wire setup. From his experience with his Nest thermostat he let me know the 2 wire setup should work, he installed the thermostat, and indeed it did. Its funny because I called 2 companies Honeywell and Nest to get some answers on this and they both gave the wrong info over the phone but Randy knew that it would work from his experience. I highly recommend Randy and Binsky Home for all your Heating/HVAC/& plumbing needs. more

Nick...Service above and beyond! 10/24/2016

Nick was called out on a service call pretty early on a Sunday because it was super cold and I had no heat. He arrived quickly. In a totally professional manner, he solved my furnace issue rather quickly. But here's the best part, he explained everything to me in layman's terms so I really understood everything and answered all my questions. Now, I feel more knowledgeable so I check on some things on my own. He also discovered a roof leak, that no one had observed or brought to my attention before. I must also mention his amazing patience! I never felt hurried and he was so easy to talk to. Please use Binsky's because you will always receive superior customer service! more
