Great Service From Start to Finish 10/5/2016

I would like to say that Binsky Home Heating, Cooling and Plumbing provided me with excellent customer service from the initial phone call I made to them on a Saturday night at 8:30pm, to the end of my installation!! Dennis was the first person I met with and he gave me all of the information that I needed with regards to the cause of my issue. He then set up my appointment with Kris, who did a great job of telling me how Binsky would fix my issue and how much it would cost me. He did everything in his power to work within my budget. Once Rob and Ken showed up to my house they took over and showed great knowledge of the product and installation. They were very respectful of my home and very efficient with their work. I would definitely recommend Binsky and the team that assisted me to anyone in need of these types of services. Excellent job guys!! I am satisfied. more

Excellent work 9/22/2016

I contracted Binsky home to install a new Lennox Furnace and A/C unit. The team assigned to complete the job were great. They were very professional and courteous. The job was originally estimated to be completed in 2 days but it was actually completed in 1 day- over exceeding my expectations. They kept me updated throughout the day on how the work was going. The quality of work was excellent and well planned. All the components installed were done in a very clean way and detail focused. Once the work was completed they took the time to show me what was done and explained how every component worked and how it all tied up to the complete HVAC system. They also took the time to explain all the functions and how to use the new thermostat even helping me in setting it up. I am very satisfied with the overall work. Big thanks to Chris W. -Mark.B-Kenny C. and Rob L. for a Job well done from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Binsky Home for any HVAC work. more

Pleasant experience 7/30/2016

Nick was our service pro. Super nice guy. Arrived on time. Great job. He fixed a clogged drain in the bathroom sink. He answered our questions about the drain and other jobs that we want done around the house - never made us feel like we were asking silly questions. Pleasant experience, will definitely hire Binsky Home again. more

As usually Nick was great. Not only did he find out what was wrong with our 6 years old A/C, he saved us a few dollars too. Nick is very thorough and always has a few hints to help with the extension of the life of our unit. THANKS Nick! more

A1 Service, knowledge and customer support 6/9/2016

I chose Binsky to replace my entire HVAC system with a high efficiency 98% Lennox Signature SLP98V furnace and XC25 Seer Air Conditioner.. Chris was extremely knowledgeable in addressing my concerns, walking me thru the best products and providing very competitive pricing. Mark & Rob were my installers who were very professional, very knowledgeable on the install, kept the job site clean and answered all my questions while walking me thru the units and setup of the IComfort 30 Smart Thermostat. They went over and above to address my needs and made me feel very comfortable thru the entire process. I did extensive research on both the product and installers and Binsky in my estimation was the right choice. I highly recommend them. more
