Review content:
This past weekend my furnace broke down, leaving me without heat, and requiring a total overhaul. Within an hour after I'd called Binsky (on a Saturday!) Rob was at my house troubleshooting. The entire process required two visits over two days and much logistical oversight to finally get my heat back on and working. Rob went above and beyond the entire time -- even leaving my daughter and I with overnight space heaters to make sure we were well taken care of. Rob's kindness, skill, and attention to detail were seriously impressive and the entire Binsky support team is a pleasure to work with. Binsky Home is that rare organization that has integrity and truly stellar employees. I highly recommend!
