Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my specific product install for my Nest Thermostat. He saved me having to spend more money to run another thermostat wire as I only had a 2 wire setup. From his experience with his Nest thermostat he let me know the 2 wire setup should work, he installed the thermostat, and indeed it did. Its funny because I called 2 companies Honeywell and Nest to get some answers on this and they both gave the wrong info over the phone but Randy knew that it would work from his experience.
