The Samsong headset that I purchased with the assistance of Marc was perfect and exceeded my expectations in the performances I gave on the Karma Fest Weekend of May 21st and 22 of 2011. It was very easy to Operate and it was superior in the ease of which I used it with very little adjustment having to be done between using varying flutes singing or instruments I Was using. I loved it so much that I wish at some point if necessary in The future to not only recommend this product to all my musician friends but also where to go to get fantastic friendly very knowledgeable customer service on other Musical needs in The future from Bills Music. I firmly belive that without having had that equipment that weekend I would not have been able To have had as much fun, while performing and I wouldn't have been able to express to my audience the sheer jubilation I had to being able to perform and move around and interact with the audience freely from having had that headset.
