i had my guitar "super tuned" at Bill's and it came back worse than when I sent it there. There aren't a lot of quality guitar repair guys in Baltimore, I had to reaort to lookin...

Living in Middletown Delaware, I called your store before driving all the way here. Mikey got the call and answered my questions and concerns prior to driving roughly 2 hours to get there. Once there, I met Mikey. He was extremely knowledgeable about your products. He assisted me in a very professional manner, making me feel comfortable that he was not just out for a sale. He wanted me to get the right equipment that I was seeking. He did an outstanding job and I will recommend him to every play that I know. more

Worst repairs I've had the misfortune of having done 7/11/2011

i had my guitar "super tuned" at Bill's and it came back worse than when I sent it there. There aren't a lot of quality guitar repair guys in Baltimore, I had to reaort to looking at the list of authorized Fender guys to find a located a great one in Glen Burnie (I love in Bel Air), but its appointment only - but worth it. I have a relic series Fender and it sure felt like it had been left untouched for 50 years after being at Bill's, the other place made it play like butter. Thanks for fixings all Ron's mistakes, Doug more

Best guitar specialist repair tech in Maryland 7/7/2011

I brought my Epiphone Masterbilt Acoustic Electric Guitar to your company for some electronic pre-amp work and have a SUPERTUNE. I must say RON is the best guitar specialist repair tech in Maryland. After one year with Epiphone guitar company that could not find the probelm with the eSonic2 per-amp, Ron found and fixed the problem on my first visit to Bills Music House. Ron SUPERTUNE is the best guitar setup in the UNITED STATES. Ron is second to none in guitar setup.I am so pleased with the work your company has provided. more

Best stocked music store 6/10/2011

I really only looked through your guitars. Best stocked music store in the area, as far as I'm concerned...and right after Christmas, too, which was pretty amazing. This was my first trip to Bill's, but I'll definitely be back as my skill level, and desire for more equipment, grows. more

Nick was awesome!! He responded quickly and thoroughly to my e-mail inquiry (which is precisely why I came up to Bill's instead of another dealer) about the Tak EF341SC, which I had researched thoroughly on the Internet...so he didn't really need to do a whole lot...;^) I asked for him when I got to the store in the middle of a busy Saturday, and he was there to help immediately, answered all of the questions I had to ask. Sale was smooth and quick, a great purchasing experience! I'm sure Nick is one of the reasons you guys have the excellent reputation you do. more
