Purchased a used car from Oneonta location of this dealer. In just 3 months, the engine was blown, heater quit, most electric went out. Also purchased a 2 yr/26,000 mile warranty ...

The dealership was convenient and easy to access. The service department was very accommodating and I was able to get an appointment that met my needs. I was greeted by the friendly the staff and waited on immediately. The service area was clean and tidy demonstrating pride and ownership. The car was serviced timely and we were on our way. more

Bill Smith has never dissapointed! 3/28/2011

We purchased a new Yukon from Bill Smith and the engine was not making a happy noise we brought it in for service and the guys found the problem fixed it and there was no cost to us. We had the best time with the sales people and now the service department is A-1 in our book! Bill Smith has never disappointed us and we have been customers for years more

I contacted Bill Smith Buick GMC about one of their vehicles on cars dot com and spoke with Chris Logan. He was very helpful and upfront. They have a great selection and would definitely come back. Everyone here seems to do what they can to get you the best deal. more

Pleasant buying experience 3/21/2011

I went to Bill Smith to look for a new truck and I was really taken care of by the dealership. They were helpful and honest and I had an easy going time for the purchase. Not like other dealerships that i have bought from in the past it was a headache but Bill Smith Buick Gmc experience pleasant . more

My Dad recommended 3/17/2011

I was in the market for my first new car purchase and my dad said to go to Bill Smith Buick . Like a good daughter I did and wow! Bill Smith made it easy found the car i was looking for and walked me through the whole financing steps . The salesman was not pushy and I felt very catered to and would defiantly recommend them to any one. more
