Purchased a used car from Oneonta location of this dealer. In just 3 months, the engine was blown, heater quit, most electric went out. Also purchased a 2 yr/26,000 mile warranty ...

Blake here... I just wanted to say that I had a great experience getting a car at this dealership, the people here helped me and my wife sooooooo much. I got the car that I wanted and I am very satisfied, they don't pressure you to get a car on the spot.They explained all the options that I had, I could not be happier. :) more

Blake here... I just wanted to say that I had a great experience getting a car at this dealership, the people here helped me and my wife sooooooo much. I got the car that I wanted and I am very satisfied, they don't pressure you to get a car on the spot.They explained all the options that I had, I could not be happier. :) more

We purchased a GMC a year ago in December. The sales experience was perfect. We were treated extremely well, and I feel like we got a great deal. I did a little research before settling but this is definitely a place I would return to. more

Wonderful 10/21/2011

Can't begin to say how wonderful and simple my recent experience with Bill Smith was, especially my salesperson. I have had several negative experiences in the last few years with negotiating/purchasing/service with other dealers and there is no comparison in how I felt when leaving Bill Smith Buick. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased from the from here and I am now a true believer in them and their group of employees. Very professional and takes what should be an exciting experience and makes it easy and stress free.My hats off to all of you, y'all really live up to the hype! more

Low Pressure 9/27/2011

This is a low pressure sales atmosphere where they want to get you in the right car. Prices are good, and the negotiations were very reasonable - looked up prices on the internet pricing tools like Kelly's and go from there. more
