Purchased a used car from Oneonta location of this dealer. In just 3 months, the engine was blown, heater quit, most electric went out. Also purchased a 2 yr/26,000 mile warranty ...

I have been pleased with the service department at Bill Smith Buick GMC each and every time my truck has needed service. Michelle (my normal contact)is a great asset to this dealership as well as the others in the service department. Michelle always calls me with any updates during my service. Bill Smith is an all around excellent place to do business. I appreciate all they do. more
