Purchased a used car from Oneonta location of this dealer. In just 3 months, the engine was blown, heater quit, most electric went out. Also purchased a 2 yr/26,000 mile warranty ...

I would like to start by saying that this is an amazing place to buy a car. Those words do not come easily out of anyone's mouth--but this dealership has quality people who go out of their way to treat the customer the right way. more

Great Cars 8/22/2011

I purchased a used 2010 Chevrolet Silverado from Bill Smiths Buick GMC and I am extremely happy with it. It's in perfect condition and looks great. The sales person was very informative and easy going. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy something even though I did. more

As a first time buyer I was really nervous about going to a dealership. When I got there I was greeted very nicely and told the sales rep what type of vehicle I was looking for. They were so helpful and listened to all my concerns. It was a great experience and I plan on returning when I go to purchasing another car. more

As a first time buyer I was really nervous about going to a dealership. When I got there I was greeted very nicely and told the sales rep what type of vehicle I was looking for. They were so helpful and listened to all my concerns. It was a great experience and I plan on returning when I go to purchasing another car. more

A++ They have Incredibly competitive pricing. Was a bit skeptical at first not knowing what to expect but truly everything worked out great. Bought myself a 2008 Chevy Impala with low low miles. My car even still smells new so that makes me feel good. I'm glad to know that I can still expect and get quality work at a fair price. more

I'd been searching for a used Civic or Accord for weeks and gave up on individual buyers. All of the dealers I've talked to seemed so... sketchy. I just happened to walk by Bill Smith Buick GMC one day, saw an Accord at a fair price and took it for a test drive even though the dealership was about to close. The sales rep was nothing but helpful - and patient. This was my first-ever car purchase and he was understanding, not pushy, and so nice. I drove away a few days later in my new-to-me car. Fast forward three months, and I have a wonderful car that has already seen me through two road trips, work commutes, and regular trips with the dog to my parents house, which is 30miles one way. I parted with a lot of money, and haven't had a moment of buyer's remorse. I can't recommend Bill Smith Buick GMC enough! more
