I've had both good and bad experiences at this dealership. The sales side is horrible and service is hit or miss.

Danielle is very helpful, and I appreciate the time and detail she puts into communicating everything going on with my vehicle. The courtesy driver is very busy, and had to use a cab service, rather than wait for him. The Driver, Juan is very nice, but sometimes too optimistic about his ETA. I would rather he be more realistic and honest. more

I've had terrific experiences in the service department but the sales staff lacks knowledge about the features of the cars they sell and some are just plain lazy. When I went to pick up my new license plates, the receptionist asked a sales rep to help me put them on as I don't have any tools. He sighed and said get somone from the lot to do it. He wasn't doing anything at the time, just looking out of the window. more

Great experience from start to finish 6/24/2013

After putting out a request for information about an Equinox online, Mr. Devon Thiele was one of the first salespeople to contact me. We had a frank and direct conversation about my desires and my resources. I'm happy to say that from the conversations on the phone in the morning until the same afternoon, when I drove the Equinox home, everything was straight-forward and professionally handled. Devon deserves a great deal of the credit for making the sell. He was a pleasure to work with. PS. The car was a surprise for my wife, and she was thrilled! more

Overall a good experience. Jared and Theo were great to work with. Would recommend them to others. Past dealings with Scott Pritchard, not so pleasant. He added an extra warranty in the paperwork that we stated many times we did not want. Find Theo and Jared and work with them. Great people. Service department and the service manager Cliff Hutton are great to work with too! more
