Review content:
I've had terrific experiences in the service department but the sales staff lacks knowledge about the features of the cars they sell and some are just plain lazy. When I went to pick up my new license plates, the receptionist asked a sales rep to help me put them on as I don't have any tools. He sighed and said get somone from the lot to do it. He wasn't doing anything at the time, just looking out of the window.
